Refund policy

At MOXEE, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Because our products are designed for use on the eyes, we take returns seriously to protect both your safety and the integrity of our products.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

A.     Returns

For a return to be considered, your item must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Be in the same condition as received.
  • Include proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. This includes (but is not limited to) lash clusters, applicators, brushes, or any item that has been handled.

B.     Exchanges

For an exchange to be considered, your item must:

  • Be unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Be in the same condition you received it.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Because we care deeply about your lash experience, exchange is only accepted in cases where the incorrect lash style or format was received (i.e., a style different from the one you ordered) 

How to Request a Return

Email us at moxee.mee@gmail.com with your order number and details. If your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

Damages & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and send a replacement or offer a refund if necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items (hygiene protection).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items sold during a sale.

Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If an item shows signs of use, tampering, or is returned in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at moxee.mee@gmail.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
